Membership of The Arts Society Cotswolds

You will be warmly welcomed as a new member of The Arts Society Cotswolds

Our programme year runs from December to November inclusive, and our annual subscription for 2018-2019 is £43, which covers ten lectures during the year. In May we introduce a half year subscription at a reduced rate.

As a member you will receive The Arts Society membership card, which entitles you to concessionary rates on most exhibitions at the Tate Modern, Tate Britain, Tate Liverpool and Tate St Ives and on membership of the Historic Houses Association. You will also receive The Arts Society Review, a beautifully illustrated quarterly magazine, which has news and information on the arts and reports on TAS activities at national level.

In addition to lectures, members are invited to our designated Special Interest Days, when a subject is presented in more depth than at a one-hour lecture, and a light lunch is included. We also organise coach visits to exhibitions, galleries and historic houses during the year. These activities are at an added cost.

The social side of our Society is equally important to us – coffee and tea are available at the Warwick Hall cafe for £1, mince pies are enjoyed at Christmas, March is enlivened with a Spring Lunch and all members are invited to a Luxury Afternoon Tea at Minster Mill, Minster Lovell to celebrate our Golden Anniversary on Wednesday 18th September 2019.

View the full programme page or the social events page for more information.

Committee members are always at lectures, and happy to talk about any aspect of our Society.

You are also very welcome to attend a lecture as a visitor (suggested donation £10). Should you decide to become a member at the end of that lecture, your donation will be reimbursed.

You will find that The Arts Society Cotswolds is not just a great way to learn - it's a fun way of making new and lasting friendships

To join our Society, please contact the Membership Secretary by email membership@theartssocietycotswolds.org.uk or by completing the Membership Application Form.
